CHRISTOPHER GARLAND was born and raised in New Zealand and teaches in the Department of English at Georgia Southern University. His writing and photography have appeared in Gyroscope Review, Pithead Chapel, Red Ogre Review, Journal of Social and Economic Studies, Contemporary French and Francophone Studies, and New Centennial Review, as well as in the edited collections Hollywood’s Africa and Haiti and the Americas.
